PROTOTYPE OVERVIEW
TECHPACK ASSESSMENT
Our team will review your engineering package and create a report to discuss technical points and material options with you to ensure we fully understand your design needs.

FIRST PROTOTYPE
The Prototyping Department will create the first prototype product. You will receive ongoing updates from us on estimated lead times and any questions that may arise during this process.

PROTOTYPE ASSESSMENT
We will provide you with a set of images, physical samples and fabric samples. Your feedback will determine whether additional prototypes are required or whether we can move to mass production.

COST ESTIMATE
We will provide an initial quote based on the materials and labor hours used for the prototype. A final official quote will be provided upon receiving final approval for mass production.

PRODUCTION PLANNING
We will work closely with you to achieve your target delivery dates when planning your production to ensure you can launch your product successfully.
